Frequently asked questions
Can't find your answer? Start with how earning on RunIt works or how campaigns work for businesses.
Earning
Is RunIt free to join?
Yes. Creating an account is free for earners and businesses. Earners never pay to take part in a campaign.
Who can earn on RunIt?
Anyone with a social account that has at least 100 followers. A RunIt admin checks the account before paid work unlocks. Supported platforms are TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, Facebook, Telegram.
What kind of work can I do?
Quick social tasks, clipping campaigns paid per 1,000 verified views, UGC and product promotion briefs, micro jobs, affiliate links and reselling marketplace products.
How is my work checked?
Where a platform offers an API, RunIt uses it to confirm your post or views. Otherwise a trained reviewer or the brand checks your proof against the brief. Rejected work always comes with a written reason, and you can open a dispute.
Payments and withdrawals
When can I withdraw my earnings?
Approved earnings stay pending for 1 days as a safety check, then move to your available balance automatically. You can withdraw your available balance at any time.
What are the withdrawal limits and fees?
The minimum withdrawal is ₦1,000.00, the fee is ₦50.00 per withdrawal and the daily limit is ₦500,000.00. Withdrawals above ₦50,000.00 are checked by a person before they're sent.
Where does the money come from?
Every reward is paid from a budget a business funded and reserved before its campaign went live, so approved work is always covered.
For businesses
How much does it cost to run a campaign?
There's no subscription. You pay the rewards you set plus a 10% RunIt fee on top of each reward. Unused budget returns to your wallet when the campaign ends.
Who reviews submissions to my campaign?
You choose: review submissions yourself from your review queue, or let RunIt reviewers handle them.
Can I sell products on RunIt?
Yes. List products in the marketplace and optionally let resellers share them for a commission you set. RunIt keeps a 5% marketplace fee on each sale.
